About us

Agile Screening (AS) is a division of Insight Driving Solutions Inc. (IDS) which was founded in 2011. AS was developed to address gaps in the identification of and treatment for invisible injuries like psychological and traumatic brain injuries for those who experienced trauma such as a motor vehicle collision.

About Agile Screening’s Mission

The team at AS has a simple mission: to identify those suffering from an invisible injury following a trauma who otherwise would not be identified whether it be by their doctors or themselves. We remain steadfast to ensure people who have suffered from motor vehicle collisions and other trauma receive the treatment and support they need to recover and perform at their greatest potential. Pain can go beyond the physical; pain from injuries can be mental and emotional too.

Here at Agile Screening, we recognize invisible injuries are often not identified soon enough. Psychological injuries and non-sport-related concussions are both conditions that are underreported and underdiagnosed.

This inhibits early intervention and increases the risk of developing anxiety and stress-related disorders like PTSD. Inconsistencies in practice, gaps in knowledge, and the undervaluing of the impact of invisible injuries led Agile Screening to launch initiatives to address these issues.

With the help of psychologists, occupational therapists, physicians, other healthcare professionals, and legal professionals, Agile Screening developed evidence-based screenings to identify symptoms related to invisible injuries like anxiety, PTSD, depression, phobias, and concussions. These screenings are in line with the standards of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual V and support the adoption of better practices related to invisible injuries post-trauma to support recovery and improve lives.

About Our Screens

All screens can be completed online using a desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. Clients can complete screens in a remote location (i.e., at home or in a clinic or office). These screens provide health and legal professionals with evidence-based tools that are easy to use, cost-effective and secure. In addition, for some customers, the cost of the screens is reimbursed allowing for a revenue stream for their private health organization.

We believe that the right level of support at the right time is crucial in mental health and concussion recovery. Agile Screening provides information to health and legal professionals that helps determine potential injuries and the need for further assessment for diagnosis and treatment.

Agile’s screening, assessment, and educational solutions address health and safety issues for health care professionals, employers, government agencies, and individuals. The team at AS has backgrounds in health care, mental health, and education, with over 30 years in the health and safety field.

Our user-friendly online platform provides professionals access to a variety of screens that can be used to identify and track treatment for clients who are at risk for or have sustained a:

  • Psychological injury due to trauma
  • Mental health disorder
  • Traumatic brain injury

AS is a client-centric organization that puts the end-user client at the center of all their decisions. We create innovative, accessible solutions that ultimately help people get the appropriate support they need to identify unreported post-trauma injuries with a focus on psychological and concussion injuries. If you are a professional who works with clients that could have a psychological injury due to trauma but have limited ability to identify it, we can help.
